Move it! is an 8 second long motion study intended as an introductory project to After Effects. It’s main goal is to explore the various ways motion can be achieved in the software, and also incorporate things like texture and video.

This video employs the use of masking, opacity, and position to convey motion. The goal is to find a balance between simple and complex while still having clear focal points. The short video also features personally curated textures that have been turned into stop motion.
